ACS was founded by two directors with complementary experience from both children's residential care and technology.
Managing Director, ACS
Kelly is an expert care consultant with 18 years of experience in children's residential services. Having worked as both a Registered Manager and a Responsible Individual, she understands first-hand challenges homes face in meeting regulation, evidencing good practice, and balancing compliance with day-to-day needs of children.
Kelly's vision for ACS is simple: a system that is easy to use, reduces unnecessary admin, and frees staff to focus on what matters most — helping and caring for children.
IT Director, ACS
Matty brings 20 years of experience across digital transformation, software development, and data-driven delivery. He holds a Master's degree in Digital Transformation & IT Strategy and specialises in leveraging AI and automation to create scalable digital solutions that drive real-world outcomes.
Matty is focused on building systems people actually use — intuitive, reliable, and genuinely helpful.
Together, Kelly and Matty have combined their practical expertise and technical innovation to create ACS — a system designed to improve how children's homes work, evidence, and deliver high-quality care.
